Length of Service Determination

At [company], we value the contributions and dedication of our employees. In order to recognize and reward long-term service, we have developed a Length of Service Determination policy. This policy applies to all employees who have been with the company for at least one year.

  1. Determination: Your length of service with [company] will be determined by the number of years that you have been with the company, as of your anniversary date. This date is the date on which you were first hired or rehired by the company.
  2. Recognition: Employees who have reached specific milestones in their length of service will be recognized and rewarded. These milestones are:
    • 2 years of service: You will receive a $500 bonus and a personalized certificate of recognition.
    • 5 years of service: You will receive a $1,000 bonus and a personalized certificate of recognition.
    • 10 years of service: You will receive a $2,500 bonus and a personalized certificate of recognition.
    • 15 years of service: You will receive a $5,000 bonus and a personalized certificate of recognition.
  3. Eligibility: In order to be eligible for the Length of Service Determination, you must be an active, full-time employee of [company] on your anniversary date. If you are on leave, such as maternity leave or military leave, your length of service will be determined based on your hire date.

We appreciate the hard work and dedication of our employees, and we want to recognize and reward those who have been with the company for a long time. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please speak with your manager.
