PTO Policy

At [company], we believe in supporting our employees and fostering a healthy work-life balance. As such, we offer paid time off (PTO) to eligible employees to use for vacation, personal time, or other reasons.

Our PTO policy allows eligible employees to accrue and use PTO based on their length of service with the company. Employees are eligible to accrue PTO on their first day of employment and can begin using it after 90 days of continuous service.

Full-time employees will accrue PTO at the rate of one and a half days per month, up to a maximum of 24 days per year. Part-time employees will accrue PTO on a pro-rated basis based on the number of hours they work.

Employees may use their PTO for any reason, including vacation, personal time, or other reasons. To request PTO, employees must submit a written request to their supervisor at least two weeks in advance. The request should include the dates of the requested PTO and the expected duration.

Supervisors will review and approve or deny PTO requests in a timely manner. If a request is denied, the supervisor will provide the employee with a written explanation for the decision.

We encourage employees to use their PTO responsibly and to communicate openly with their supervisors about their need for time away from work. We are committed to supporting our employees and helping them maintain a healthy work-life balance.
