Sexual Harassment

At our company, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful work environment for all employees. As part of this commitment, we have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment.

Sexual harassment is any unwanted or unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment. This includes but is not limited to, sexual advances or requests for sexual favors, sexual jokes or comments, leering or staring at someone in a sexual manner, displaying sexually explicit materials, or making sexual gestures.

If you experience or witness sexual harassment in the workplace, you are encouraged to report it immediately to your supervisor or to our HR department. Reports of sexual harassment will be taken seriously and will be promptly investigated.

Anyone who is found to have engaged in sexual harassment will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

We are committed to providing ongoing training and education to all employees on the issue of sexual harassment and on our policies and procedures for addressing it. By working together, we can create a workplace culture that is free from sexual harassment and that supports the dignity and respect of all individuals.
