There are different ways you can control access to your courses. Watch the video below for details on how to change the course access settings:
Free – By default anyone on your platform can access the course, but they are not enrolled in it by default. Anyone on your platform can take the course by clicking a simple register button
Closed – Only individuals assigned to the course will have access. This is the most powerful way to create custom course catalogues for groups of individuals. By using closed courses in conjunction with our groups functionality you can create custom learning paths for groups of users on your Platform.
